"Getting Involved On Campus"
by Ariane Harper
You’ve watched your little ones through the years from
diapers and bottles, to dates and proms, and now through the big
step of going off to college. We understand that each of them
is unique and interesting, which is why you may have been wondering
about how your child would get along and where they would fit
in once they got here. Don’t worry! Tech offers a wide variety
of activities to satisfy any and all of your child’s interests.
From the Accounting Club to Zeta Phi Beta sorority, Tech covers
it all. There are several different groups including honorary,
departmental, religious, residence hall, service, special interest,
Greek, and sport organizations. A few of our more popular selections
are Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship, Tech Activities Board, a number
of different fraternities and sororities, and various intramural
sports teams. For a complete list of Tech’s campus organizations,
please visit the following link: http://www.tntech.edu/orgs.html.
