The Cookeville SBDC is proud to be part of the state and national network of Small Business Development Centers whose mission is to support the small business community and serve as advocates for issues of concern to small business. In response to its mandate from SBA, the center serves “for profit” businesses in the eighteen county Upper Cumberland region of Tennessee, providing seminars, workshops, and individual consulting services to new and existing small businesses. Through partnership with our local sponsor, Tennessee Technological University, the center has access to the resources and programs of a major regional university, enhancing services available to client businesses. The center has office locations in Johnson Hall on the TTU campus.
The Tennessee Small Business Development Center Network is funded by the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Tennessee Board of Regents under Cooperative Agreement No. 7-603001-Z-0045-24
This cooperative agreement is partially funded by the U. S. Small Business Administration. SBA’s funding is not an endorsement of any products, opinions or services. SBA funded programs are extended to the public on a non-discriminatory basis.
