Scholarship applicants must submit all of the following in order to be considered for departmental and university scholarships:

• University Admission Application (hard-copy or via Eagle On-line)

• University Scholarship Application

• College/University Transcript

• Free Application for Federal Student Aid (www.fafsa.ed.gov)

• None

The following University scholarships (for upperclassmen) require one or more letters of recommendation: 

• None
