For all majors, you must submit the following:

  • Current Student Scholarship Application
  • Statement of Goals (except for Agriculture, Chemistry/Health Sciences, Computer Science, History, Human Ecology, or Math)

The following majors require additional documents to be submitted in order to be considered for departmental scholarships. To view a checklist of the scholarship information required for your major, click on your major below. In addition, all currently enrolled students should view the checklist for University Financial Aid Scholarships. If your major is not listed below, then you need only to submit the 2 items listed above.

Letters of Recommendation Forms, Departmental Forms, and Statement of Goals Forms can all be found under the Forms section.
