The forms required for scholarship consideration differ based on whether you are a new student or a current student. Select your status:

(graduating high school senior, dual-enrollment/dual-credit student, pre-freshman, or transfer student)

Aid Estimate Form
(For need-based scholarship consideration. Complete this
form online using your 2009 tax information. After completing
the form, click Calculate and mail the results to the Scholarship
Office.)

Statement of Goals

All students must submit a Statement of Goals to be considered
for scholarships except those majoring in Agriculture, Chemistry/Health
Sciences, Computer Science, Earth Sciences, History, Human Ecology,
Music, and Physics.
All departmental forms and letters of recommendation must be submitted to the Scholarship Office by January 15.
