The following majors require additional documents to be submitted in order to be considered for departmental scholarships. To view a checklist of the scholarship information required for your major, click on your major below. In addition, all incoming freshmen should view the checklist for University Admissions Scholarships. If your major is not listed below, then you need only to submit the 4 items listed above.
Letters of Recommendation Forms, Departmental Forms, and Statement of Goals Forms can all be found under the Forms section.
