Submit Thank You Letter
All students who receive a donor-funded Tennessee Tech University scholarship are required to write a thank you letter to the donor. Please complete and submit the form below no later than September 15, 2012. Failure to submit your letter by this deadline may result in your scholarship being rescinded.

If you are unsure of the name of the Tennessee Tech scholarship you have received, please reference the email you received from the Scholarship Office or your Eagle Online account.
Body of Thank You Letter:
Do not include a salutation (Dear Mr. Smith, Dear Smith Scholarship donor, etc.) in your thank you letter. The donor’s name, address, and a salutation will be added when the letters are mailed. Do not include a closing (Sincerely, John. B. Student). You will be asked to sign the letter, once it has been printed, after September 15.
