As in past years, Tennessee Tech Faculty are available for judging school science fairs. Because of increased faculty demands, we regret that we cannot guarantee judges for all local fairs. If you will provide the information requested on this form, we will do our best to provide one or two judges for your local school science fair at no expense to you. Funding for their travel is absorbed by the University and by gifts from sponsors of the Regional Science Fair.

Each school or county should select semi-finalists before the visiting judges arrive. The visiting judges will then identify finalists. Winners from local fairs are invited to compete in the Regional Fair.

NOTE:It is difficult to get judges on Monday-Friday during the morning hours-afternoons and Saturdays are preferable. Please return this form at least 30 days before your school fair, BUT NO LATER THAN JANUARY 31.
