Science Fair Registration
Registration Guide for 2011 Cumberland Plateau Regional Science & Engineering Fair
Registration OPENS Monday, January 31 / CLOSES Friday, March 18 (final day to register)
Step 1:
- Read the 2011 ISEF Rules and Guidelines (PDF).
- For more information visit the International Science & Engineering Fair website.
Step 2:
- Prior to starting your research, complete the three (3) International Science & Engineering Fair forms (Required Forms; see PDF documents below).
- Paper copies of these forms MUST accompany your project when you set-up and display your work on March 25, 2011.
- Additional forms may be required for some projects. Please see the ISEF Rules (beginning at page 33) to determine if your project requires additional forms. For example, if you are using vertebrate animals in your research, you will be required to fill out either Form 5A or 5B and have an SRC member from TTU endorse the form prior to research.

- Form 1: Checklist for Adult Sponsor / Safety Assessment Form (PDF)
- Form 1A: Student Checklist / Research Plan (PDF)
- Form 1B: Approval Form (PDF)
Step 3:
- Complete the online registration form; make sure you answer all required questions - form will not submit with any of those unanswered.
- ONLINE REGISTRATION: Available January 31 - March 18, 2011
Step 4:
- Email confirmation of your registration will be sent to the email address you provide in the online form no later than seven (7) days following your submission.
