My favorite thing about TTU is being able to really get to know people on a more personal level rather than just being a number, especially in the classroom.
Great Move-In Day my freshman year because I remember how excited I was to start this new chapter of my life and I couldn’t wait to meet so many amazing people!
I always knew I wanted to pursue a degree in the medical field without being a nurse. Biology/Health Sciences will allow me to keep my options open.

Never miss out on an opportunity to get involved or try something new because this is when you will make your memories here at TTU.
My favorite TTU tradition is the Blizzard at the men's basketball game. It is so fun to go with your friends and purposely make a mess in the Hoop!
I am in a sorority and I also volunteer in the community. I started my own program called "Princess For A Day" to raise money for handicapped children. I am also apart of the Ecuador Mission team at church.
I would have to say Sandra Bullock because she has a funny/feisty side and a sweet/genuine side but all at the same time. She never forgets who she is and where she came from and I think that is what makes a great personality. Also, I think she is just a fabulous person all around!
My biggest mistake would have to be procrastinating on my school work. As in high school, I would wait until the last minute to get everything done or to study. When I came to college I didn’t realize that I had to study a few days in advance in order to do well on an exam or have a well-rounded paper to turn in. I think through this I have learned that in the real world, not everything can be done the night before or day of in order for it to be the best that you can give.
