TTU is the perfect size! Here you aren't just a face in the crowd. You have the opportunity to really be somebody.
My most memorable TTU experience so far was joining my sorority. It is an amazing feeling to be a part of something bigger than yourself and it's nice having such a great support system when you are away from home.
I chose Biology - Health Sciences so that I could go in to pediatrics. My mom worked as a pediatric nurse when I was younger and it inspired me to follow in her footsteps.
The omelet bar in the Cafeteria at breakfast!! It's by far the best omelet I've ever had.
Get involved as much as you can. You get out of college what you put in to it, so give it your all and you will be rewarded with fantastic memories and opportunities!
My favorite tradition is homecoming! All the sleep you lose making a float is definitely worth it come the day of the parade, pep rally, and family festivities.

I have a tendency to take on too many activities and leadership roles at once. It is difficult to find the perfect balance of school and extracurricular activities, but once you get it down college becomes much easier.
Anything by John Green. His writing is smart and witty with plot twists that always surprise you.
