I love the size of the campus and school. Not too big, not too small... Just right! Oh, and I love the school colors. Purple Pride!
The day I joined by sorority at TTU, it’s my favorite memory!
For the longest time, I debated between being a nurse or a special education teacher… but eventually decided I would just stick with nursing. After taking “Intro to Exercise and Physical Wellness”, I discovered that Occupational Therapists have the best of both worlds.. I would be able to be involved with Health Care in some ways while working with Special Needs children and adults. So I quickly changed my major!
Papa John’s Individual Pepperoni Pizza’s. Yum!
Be involved and have FUN! Four years goes by way too fast, don’t spend your time wishing it away.
Homecoming Week is by far one of my favorite weeks of the entire year. The activities and excitement around campus is so much fun!
On campus I am involved in a sorority, member of the Tech Activities Board (TAB), and Exercise and Physical Wellness (EXPW) Club. By being involved with organizations on campus, it gives you a lot of great opportunities to be involved in the community.
Sandra Bullock. I love that woman.. She is a hoot!
Well… besides not choosing to come to Tennessee Tech my first semester as a freshman, I would say not being involved. It sounds very cliché, but it’s extremely true! I wasn’t involved with any organizations so I really didn’t do a whole lot on campus besides go to class, go to the Fitness Center, or hang out with friends occasionally. When I made the decision to get involved I met some of the most amazing people and had some amazing opportunities to do work around campus and in the community.
