IMPORTANT PAYROLL DEDUCTION INFORMATION – PLEASE READ
Payroll deduction is available again this year for your parking permit. Please follow the appropriate link below to access a memo form (PDF) to request payroll deduction for your 2011-2012 parking permit. Please complete the form on-line, print and sign it, and submit to Human Resources by June 30.
For employees not on campus until Fall Term: You can complete the appropriate form and submit to Human Resource Services by August 31st and the deduction will occur on the September 30th paycheck.
