Two TTU art professors invited to participate in international program

Two artists from Tennessee Tech University are among the 100 international artists invited to work together to create pieces of art this summer.

Kimberly Winkle and Benedict Oddi, both assistant professors, will be in Saskatchewan, Canada, for a week this summer to work with artists from Canada, Australia, the U.K., U.S., and New Zealand at the biennial Emma International Collaboration. The event brings together woodworkers, blacksmiths, painters, glass artists, textile artists and others to work together to make art that is later sold at an auction.
