MS Registration

Registration for EXPLORATIONS 2011 summer programming will open in April 2011.

Register Using Online Form

  • Go to online Registration Form for Middle School Explorations (from this page or in the drop down menu in the left navigation under “Middle School Explorations”).
  • Fill in the required fields (highlighted by a red asterisk).
  • PRINT BEFORE YOU SUBMIT. After completing the online form, print a copy of the form to mail with your check payment and release forms. If you “Submit” before you print, the form will clear its information.
  • Keep a copy of the Registration Form and all other forms for your records.
  • REGISTER HERE > to go to the STEM Center’s online Middle School EXPLORATIONS Registration Form.

Permission & Information Form (Signed by Parents/Guardians)
Students will not be allowed to participate in Exploration workshops until this required form is completed and sent in by the parent/guardian.

Payment Information (accepting checks only)

  • Make payable to: TTU / STEM Center

What you mail to the STEM Center:

  • Your check payment for the cost of the workshop
  • Printed copy of the completed online Registration Form
  • Signed Permission & Information Form
