Any Strategic Planning Strategy needing to be reviewed by the Strategic Planning Committee should be entered into the 2012-2013 year. These strategies are due in the Strategic Planning Reporting System by April 30th, 2012.
The objective of our strategic planning efforts is to develop a solid plan to guide the university in critical decisions, provide common goals for campus units and employees, and define an action plan to help our university strive toward its vision.
The planning process is participative and representative of the university’s commitment to shared governance. To that end, the committee would like to encourage feedback and comments from the entire campus community.
