RECENT VIDEOS

TTU FOOTBALL WINTER HIGHLIGHT VIDEO

This past winter the TTU Football team made some great strides in strength, power, and speed. One of the things that's obvious from the video is our intensity level. Our team leaders have taken Coach Brown's challenge to move our program to another level. We believe this is just the beginning of great things to come at Tech!

"IRON LADDER"

One of our best measures of true work capacity is the "Iron Ladder." This metabolic conditioning circuit involves all major movements of the body (squatting, jumping, pushing, and pulling).

Watch Kelechi Ordu (Football) make his way through this tough test of physical stamina and mental toughness.

3-MINUTE DRILL

Our football team conducted a 3-minute workout on the Friday prior to Spring Break. It was a great way to "earn your spring break."

Many times a team is challenged to win the game in a 2-minute drill at the end of a game. We believe we must be prepared for even more. Watch how much these guys accomplished in 3 quick minutes!
