UC Reservations

The Student Activities office is responsible for scheduling

  • Derryberry Hall Auditorium,
  • the Main Quad,
  • Sherlock Park and
  • Various rooms in the Roaden University Center.
Faculty, staff, and students may utilize the rooms free of charge for Tennessee Tech functions. However, a fee will be assessed to non-affiliated Tech groups.

Tennessee Tech University follows the policies and procedures documented in the Tennessee Board of Regents Policy 3:02:02:00 for use of campus property and facilities.

To reserve a room, an "Application for Use of Facilities " must be signed and approved.
