Financial Aid assistant Adriane King "was extremely knowledgeable, polite and sensitive to my need for financial aid this semester," says student Yolanda Terry.

"As a non-traditional student, I explained to Ms. King that paying for classes was not in our budget this semester. She empathized and made sure I navigated through the financial aid system correctly. My aid for tuition and books came right on time.

"She was wonderful," says Terry. "She treated me with dignity and respect, no matter how many questions I asked."
