| For
notable dedication and commitment to service, Rick Cashion, assistant
director of Information Technology Services, has won the Gunnell
Nelson Award for Service from the SCT Education Technology Association.
SETA, an independent association run by users
of SCT software, develops and supports regional conferences for
its members. Cashion was honored at the group's SUMMIT conference
in Philadelphia two weeks ago.
The Nelson Service Award is given annually to
a SETA member who has shown a continuing commitment to service in
the organization and who cheerfully takes on any task supporting
the group's goals.
