(May 28, 2004) — Look for a 3 percent pay raise this July and a bonus come October. The increases are part of the new state budget, which was approved by the legislature last Friday. The final budget also eliminated earlier planned budget cuts for higher education and provides $141 million to cover high-priority construction and renovation projects on college campuses across the state.
