Pam Rowe, coordinator in Residential Life, gained an admirer among the parents of our students recently. Martha Jackson, whose son, Robert, was moving out of the residence halls, calls herself a "satisfied customer, thanks to Pamela Rowe.

"Pam went above and beyond the call of duty in making herself available and providing customer satisfaction to the highest degree," Jackson says. "Because of Pam, the unpleasant task of packing, moving and driving eight hours all in one day was made easier. She is a great representative of your staff, and I have full confidence that your entire staff has the same great qualities."
