A paper co-authored by Frank Stapor, Earth Sciences,
was presented by student Joe Kington at the 54th annual meeting
of the Southeastern Section of the Geological Society of America,
held March 17-18 in Biloxi, Miss. The presentation was titled "Paleotopographic
Control on the Location of Transgressive Systems Tract Parasequences:
Mississippian (Chesterian) Hartselle Formation, North-Central Tennessee."
John Wheeler, College of Education,
and Ph.D. candidates Bob Baggett and Morgan Chitiyo gave two presentations
at the International Conference on Positive Behavior Support, held
March 10-12 in Tampa, Fla. The presentations were titled "A
Consultative Model for Providing Positive Behavior Supports to Rural
and Underserved Schools" and "Promoting Positive Behavior
in Learners through the Modification of Instructional Antecedents."
