Staff members in both Internal Audit and Affirmative Action consider mail carrier Ricky Cartwright "courteous and cheerful" and always projecting a "positive, upbeat attitude.

"Regardless of the weather, Ricky has a smile on his face when he delivers the mail. His attitude toward work and life in general is contagious, and he always seems to brighten our day.
