The Tennessee Tech Women's Club will host a free presentation from 9 to 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 12, in Rooms 3 and 4 of the Women's Center at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Speakers will be local physicians who will give timely tips on "Taking Control of Your Health." Speakers and their topics are Dr. Tom Lawrence, plastic surgery issues; Dr. Alex Case, women and heart disease; Dr. James Cates, orthopedic issues for women; Dr. Stephen Goryl, urology and women; and Nurse Practitioner Connie Whitesell, women's urological issues.

Complimentary coffee and donuts will be served. Guests are welcome, and reservations should be made on or before Tuesday, Oct. 11, by
