Participation in the Tennessee Board of Regents' annual giving campaign is an extension of what we do everyday: Serve the people of Tennessee. The campaign, "Building a Brighter Tomorrow," raises funds for more than 1,000 charitable organizations and runs through Nov. 15.

Last year, TTU faculty and staff contributed $17,094.

Participating in the campaign is simple, convenient and an easy way to show your support for the charitable groups closest to your heart, from the Alzheimer's Association to consortiums of local agencies like Community Health Charities of Tennessee and local United Ways. You can make a gift through a one-time payroll deduction or spread your gift out over a number of pay periods.

Campaign materials were campus mailed this week. If you choose to participate in the fund drive, fill out your pledge form, keep the last sheet of the form for your own records and return the rest to Human Resource Services at Box 5132 by Nov. 15.
