Only a few days remain to change your health insurance provider or sign up for new dental or other special coverage.

The deadline to make changes in your insurance enrollment is Tuesday, Nov. 15.

If you're currently enrolled in BlueCross BlueShield's Point of Service health insurance plan, you'll automatically be switched over to Cigna POS coverage unless you choose BlueCross' Preferred Provider Organization plan or the new John Deere Health Maintenance Organization plan.

Since mailing enrollment information to your home address, Cigna has added 12 physicians and five pharmacies to its network for our area. Be sure to check with Cigna to confirm whether your physician is a member of its network; call 800-564-7642.
