Carol Ventura, Music and Art, participated in a seminar titled "Crochet Days," held Oct. 14-16 in Vaasa, Finland. Ventura led two beaded tapestry crochet workshops and presented a lecture on the history of tapestry crochet in Africa, the Middle East and the Americas. The seminar was sponsored by the Finnish Ostrobothnian Crafts Association. Ventura is this month's featured artist on the United Kingdom's Rainbow Valley web site.
