plans now to attend the third annual “Gathering of Eagles”
picnic immediately following Football Fan Day, Saturday, Aug. 19.
The football team's annual Photo Day starts at
9 a.m. in Tucker Stadium, and fans are invited to join the team
on the field, meet the players and staff, take pictures and get
autographs.
At 11:30 a.m., a picnic lunch begins in the Regions
Bank Tailgate Park, adjacent to the stadium, and many of Tech’s
student-athletes will be onhand to meet you. The picnic is Tech
Athletics' way of thanking the university community and students,
as well as other fans, supporters, donors, advertisers and season
ticket holders.
