Bartoo Hall custodian Sara Staggs had only been on the job a short time when she started winning friends.

"Sara has only been here two days, but she has already gone above and beyond the call of duty," say Laurie Ellen Smith and Kathy Sallee of the Learning Resources Center. "We have not had to ask her to do anything.

"Earlier today, we found her cleaning the window sills. She has vacuumed every rug. She has checked with us before doing things to make sure we wouldn't be bothered. This building has never been so clean! Give her a raise!"
