Champagne Gala to benefit Volpe Library Nov. 4
   
 

You don’t have to be on "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" to get your champagne wishes granted.

Just make plans to attend the 24th annual Friends of the Library Champagne Gala to benefit the Angelo and Jennette Volpe Library.

The event is set for 7 to 9 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 4, at the Cookeville/Putnam County Chamber of Commerce Leslie Town Centre, located at 1 W. 1st St.

In addition to serving up glasses of bubbly, it also features a decadent selection of hors d’oeuvres, and O.J. Cummins and the Four Horns will provide music.

Tickets are $20 per person and can be purchased by calling the Volpe Library director’s office at 931/372-3408.
