Join the Tennessee Tech Women’s Club Wednesday, Nov. 8, at
11:45 a.m. in the Roaden University Center to celebrate the harvest
season with a buffet luncheon and harvest wreath-making demonstration
and workshop. Deborah Sutton of Deborah’s Designs will provide
individual attention so that each participant can go home with a
personally designed wreath.
All supplies will be furnished at a cost of $35
(a $70 value) payable on the day of the event. Openings for the
wreath-making activity are still available, and everyone in the
TTU community is welcome.
The luncheon menu will include harvest beef stew
in bread bowls, apple raisin salad, corn muffins, pumpkin and chocolate
mousse for $8. A vegetarian meal is available upon request. Deadline
for reservations is noon, Monday, Nov. 6. For reservations or information
about the program, contact Rebecca
Tolbert at 432-1718, Earline Elkins at 372-9020, or Frances
Crawford at 526-1498.
