| Tennessee Tech University's Human Resources Account Clerk Sonya Haney is patient, courteous and prompt, according to faculty member Linda Null.
When Null needed a problem resolved late one Friday afternoon, she turned to Haney for help. "She could have told me to wait until Monday when someone else could explain, but she understood that when money is the issue, people want prompt answers," says Null. "She probably had other things to do on a Friday afternoon, but instead she looked into our concern, which I greatly appreciate."
