Tech personals

Spy (verb) — to catch sight of suddenly.

Chris McKillop, a student worker in the Office of Student Affairs, was spotted wearing a Tennessee Tech T-shirt on an ordinary Thursday. Upon further investigation, it was learned that "he is totally dependable and is always willing to help whether it's decorating the office, moving furniture, etc. He never misses a TTU basketball game and won the most spirited award at a game a couple of years ago."

Chris will graduate in May with a degree in Computer Science and plans to start graduate school here in the fall. He has been charged with a serious case of Tech Pride.

Join the spy network - if you suspect someone is guilty of showing Tech Pride, please send an e-mail to Tracy Black ASAP! Rewards are being offered for information that leads to the guilty.

The "Tech personals" is an opportunity to publish your personal achievements and human interest stories. Please be sure your stories are accurate and in good taste. Keep them short and grammatically correct. If you're submitting news about another TTU faculty or staff member, clear it with that person first. Deadline is noon, Wednesday, the week of publication; here's a link to the Tech Times schedule. E-mail to the Tech Times or send by campus mail to Box 5056. The Office of Public Affairs is not responsible for the content of submissions and reserves the right to reject them.
