Linda Stephens, retiring from the College of Education's Learning Resources Center after 23 years of service to TTU, was the guest of honor at a reception recently.

During the reception, Linda's supervisor and long-time friend, Carl Owens, presented her with a digital electronic piano. The personal gift left Stephens in tears — of joy.

“Linda has been a pleasure to work with these many years. There's no way to replace her, and no way to properly thank her. This was just a small gesture of thanks from me to her," says Owens, director of Instructional Technology in the College of Education.
