Armistead named provost and vice president for Academic Affairs |
Tennessee Tech University rang in the new year by announcing the appointment of Jack Armistead as provost and vice president for Academic Affairs. Armistead, who joined TTU in 1995 as dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, accepted the interim post in July 2007 upon Marvin Barker's retirement. After a nationwide search, Armistead was chosen to help lead the university as its chief academic officer. FULL STORY |
