Accessing your voice mailbox from your
dorm room
If you are the only resident in your room simply dial 3000 and
when the system answers you will be prompted for your security code.
If you share a room with one or more students then you can
access your box by dialing 3000 and entering your box number when the system
prompts you.
ON CAMPUS RESIDENCE
For students who live on campus, voice processing offers an additional bonus.
The voice processing system will answer your calls, give the caller your
personal greeting and take important messages you might have otherwise missed.
If two or more students share a room, the system will answer the call and offer
the caller the option of selecting (1) for Student A or (2) for Student B. The
caller will then be routed to your personal mailbox, where only you will be able
to retrieve your messages. Campus residents will have a broken dial tone to
indicate new messages are waiting. If living in the new dorm all telephones are
equipped with a message waiting light.
