Unified Messaging

What is unified messaging?
Unified messaging allows subscribed users to access their voice mail messages from anywhere in the world via an email program.
Unified Messaging clients can respond to their voice mail messages by text or voice reply via the same program used to check email messages.

For on campus users Microsoft Outlook is used for receiving the voice mail message.
Users who have a personal computer may use Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, or many other types of email programs to check their messages.

Subscribers who do not have access to their personal computer can check voice mail messages from any public computer by using an online webmail service such as mail2web.

If you are interested in subscribing to the unified messaging service please contact Kevin Thompson at ext. 3996 or email kthompson@tntech.edu
