Helpful Hints

  1. When voice replying to the sender the global address book is used.
  2. When replying by email to the sender the faculty/staff email is auto displayed.
  3. Student and off-campus user email address are not displayed when replying by email.
  4. After deleting a message, it may be permanently deleted by selecting edit and purge deleted messages.
