Using a Public Computer to Check Your Messages
Mail 2 Web for Unified Messaging
Unified Messaging clients can check their messages from any public computer by accessing the www.mail2web.com service.
After entering mail2web.com
- Click on Advanced Login
- The server name is callxpress.tntech.edu.
- The User ID is your 4-digit TTU extension number.
- The password is the security code you use to access your box.
- Be sure the IMAP4 and SSL buttons are selected.
- Click the Check Mail box.
When replying to or forwarding a message you will need to insert your TTU email address into the "From" and "Reply To" fields. Initially you will see This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it in those fields with XXXX being your extension number. Be sure to replace those fields with your TTU email address before replying to or forwarding a message.
