If you are regularly enrolled in another collegiate institution and just want to enroll at Tech for a limited period, say one semester, you’ll be classified as a transient student.
You are required to submit the regular Application for Admission and to furnish a letter of good standing from the college in which you are enrolled.
You’ll receive credit and transient admission for one semester only. If you decide to become a regular Tech student after one semester, you must file an appropriate application and meet the requirements for admission as a transfer student.
As a transient student, you will not be eligible for federal and state need-based financial aid.
