Dr. Eisen requested agenda item #13 be deleted, as it was a duplicate request of agenda item #8. A motion was made to approve agenda as revised. The motion was seconded and the motion carried.

A correction was made to change "Yvonne Good" to "Yvonne

Approval of General Education Committee Membership Appointments
The following statement regarding the General Education Committee membership
was requested for approval:
The Dean of Arts and Sciences chairs and serves as a permanent member of the committee.
Other appointments will be made by the President upon recommendations of the Provost/Vice
President based on recommendations by the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences.
Members will serve three-year, renewable terms, staggered so that a third of the
Committee is replaced or renewed each year.
