ADMISSION
AS A TRANSIENT STUDENT
A transient student
is one who is regularly enrolled in another collegiate institution and who desires
admission for a limited period, usually one semester. The student is required
to submit the regular Application for Admission and to furnish a letter of good
standing from the college in which he or she is enrolled. The student should
check the appropriate box for "Transient" on the application form.
Credit is given and transient admission is for one semester only. A Transient
Student who wishes to become a regular student must file an appropriate application
and meet the requirements for admission as a Transfer Student.
Transient students
are not eligible for Federal and State need-based financial aid.
