AGRICULTURE
HORTICULTURE CONCENTRATION
(Leading to the Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Degree)
Horticulture combines training in the biological and physical sciences with
sound plant cultural practices. Training is offered in plant identification,
production and handling of greenhouse and nursery crops, and landscape design
and management. Graduates enter careers in management, production, processing,
sales, education, and in governmental agencies related to the green industries.
