bailments, sales, commercial paper, and legal aspects of organizing, operating
and terminating a business.
LAW 3810. Legal Environment of Business. Lec.
3. Credit 3.
The legal aspects of the business environment including antitrust,
administrative, consumer, employment law; business organizations; and principles
of contracts.
LAW 4900. Topics. Lec. 3. Credit 3.
Prerequisite: Senior standing or consent of instructor. Selected topics involving
the legal environment. A student may take LAW 4900 twice provided the topic
is different each time.
LAW 5100. Business Law and Legal Environment.
Lec. 3. Credit 3.
The basic legal instruments and legal principles comprising the legal
environment of business, integrated with contemporary ethical, social and
political issues.
