Interdisciplinary study of music and art. Includes development of appreciation, cultural awareness, listening techniques and analysis. Attendance at selected art exhibits and music programs required.

MUAR 2600. Arts for Young Children. Lec. 3. Credit 3.
Prerequisite: MUAR 2500. Concepts and skills for classroom singing, assimilation of artistic ideas, introduction to materials and methods of teaching music and art in grades preK-4.
