Lecture-laboratory course covering basic elements of scenery construction, painting,
lighting, stage-properties, costuming, and stage make-up.

Prerequisite: THEA 2100. Advanced voice and movement study for the stage with
an emphasis on period acting styles; in-depth script and character analysis;
and advanced scene study.

Historical, thematic, and other approaches in the study of Shakespeare. (May
