Fees for Cheerleader
and Mascot Appearances
Non-performance requests of
cheerleaders for business events or youth birthday parties, ages
1-13 years, require
a fee of $25.00 per cheerleader/per hour, with a 2-person
/ 1 - hour minimum.
Non-performance
requests of Awesome Eagle for business events or youth birthday parties,
ages 1-13 years, require a fee of $50.00 per hour, with a 1-hour
minimum.
Non-performance
requests of Awesome Eagle and a cheerleader for business
events or youth birthday parties, ages 1-13 years, require
a fee of $75.00 per
hour, with a 1-hour minimum.
Squad performance
requests for business events or youth birthday parties, ages 1-13
years, require a fee of $25.00 per cheerleader/per hour, with a
4-person / 1-hour minimum.
Note:
TTU Cheerleaders and/or Mascot must receive the total
appearance fee due at or before the time of the event.

For appearances
requiring travel outside of a 20-mile radius of Cookeville, you must provide
mileage reimbursement
of .35 cents per mile. For
appearances requiring travel outside of a 75-mile radius
of Cookeville, you must provide any necessary lodging,
meals and
mileage reimbursement
of .35 cents per mile.
Charity
appearances,
in which all proceeds go toward a specified charity, hospital
visits and school-related
functions
are
considered non-paid/non-performance appearances and
do not require a fee.
However, we do request reimbursement, as applicable
for travel, meals and
lodging. There is a 2-hour limit for such appearances.
Restrictions:
In order to be considered
a charity appearance, all of the proceeds must go toward a specified
charity.
- The TTU cheerleaders
and mascot will attend appearances held in public places
only.
- The TTU cheerleaders and mascot will not make appearances
that specifically promote alcohol.
- The logo and team name, "Tennessee
Tech University," cannot
be used to promote any organization
or event without the express written consent
of Tennessee Tech University.
*Tennessee Tech University has the right to refuse
any appearance request.
