Festivities from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Saturday, April 22, in the Roaden University Center

Returning to the Food Court will be another local favorite, Royal House Thai Cuisine. Displaying some of their culinary delights from that restaurant are Pawin and Annie Holloway, shown to the right above. Additionally, there will be Bosnian, Cajun, Chinese, Cuban, Israeli, Italian, Mexican, Middle Eastern, and Polish food. Some of the other chefs are shown to the left above: Iliana Velazquez (Mexico), Chaleampan (Thai), Jayashree Srinivasan (India), Vijaya Nadar (India) and Sathya Rajavadivel (India). Drinks will be provided by Phi Alpha Theta and Genesis House.

The Food Court is being coordinated again by Peggy Semmes and Amy Leimer

New to the festival is Taste of India, northern Indian food all the way from mid-town Nashville. Not to be outdone, southern Indian food will be represented by Vijaya Nadar, who will be making dosia, which can be described as vegetable-filled crepes.

More food will be available on the second floor, including smoothies by the Sociology club, crepes by the French club and cakes by the German club.
