Festivities from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Saturday, April 14th, in the Roaden University Center

 

Pictured in the left is a display from last year of the Royal House Thai Cuisine restaurant, who will be having a booth again this year. The Food Court will be coordinated by Peggy Semmes and Melinda Anderson's Human Ecology 4240 class. Other food booths will include:

  • Bosnian food from community members
  • Chinese and Japanese snacks from the Green Radish
  • German and Austrian food from Beethoven's Bistro
  • Indian food from Woodlands of Nashville
  • Italian cuisine from the Italian American Club and
  • Mediterranean food of many countries                                    

Outside under a tent will be French and Polish food from Sue Soeder of Cleveland, Ohio. Other foods to be confirmed.
